Materials:

Customers can provide items to be engraved, for calligraphy
and for painting, or may purchase items directly from Artistic
Inscriptions. We maintain a small inventory of gift items and
can also provide sources for others. This is true for all calligraphy
and painted items as well.

We maintain the right to refuse certain items for any service.
We are unable to engrave, paint or provide calligraphy services
on one-of-a-kind pieces, antiques, or if pieces are extremely valuable..

There may be an additional charge to provide services on items
valued at more than $100.00.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage done to an item
of poor quality. While we take all necessary precautions, some
items will not respond well to engraving, painting or calligraphy
services.
Deposits,
Payment & Refunds:

We accept payments by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
We also accept payments through PayPal.

For computer and hand calligraphy services, a 50% non-refundable
fee is due when ordered. The remaining balance is due before
pick-up or shipping of any item.

No refunds will be provided once work has been started or performed.
Requirements:

Customers should provide either type-written or printed information
for all engraving and calligraphy (hand and computer calligraphy).
Please keep in mind that spelling errors on your order do not
constitute errors on our part if we engrave the item correctly
according to your order. Artistic Inscriptions cannot be held
responsible for any errors, including spelling or address errors,
provided by the customer. Please double check your spelling
information before you finalize your order. If we make a spelling
error on your order, we will re-do that item to your specifications.
Liquor
Bottle Engraving:

Artistic
Inscriptions cannot sell alcoholic beverages. You will either
need to provide the bottle(s) to be engraved or we can provide
pick-up services from a local Spec’s store. If you wish to purchase
one or more bottles, you may contact Spec's Liquor Warehouse
at 713-526-8787 and they will accept payment over the phone
via a credit card. You will need to tell them it is for PICK-UP
at the SPEC’S, 3100 FM 528, Friendswood location. They will then fax the
order to the Friendswood area location and we can provide pick-up.

Artistic Inscriptions can also pick-up from local wineries.

There is a small fee associated with all items that require
pick-up and/or delivery.

All Texas laws regarding alcoholic beverages will apply to any
order.
- Wine cannot be shipped to certain states. Please refer to this website to see if your state is available for shipping.
Privacy
